He was predeceased by: his father Allan LeRoy Ainsworth; and his aunt Janis Ainsworth. He is survived by: his mother Maria Felis Villanueva; his sons, Nicholas Allan Ainsworth and Jesse Allan Ainsworth; his siblings, Catalina Holman (Curt), Dawn Goodemoot (Darby), RoyAl Ainsworth, Scott Ainsworth and Justin Ainsworth; and the mother of his children Shawna Ainsworth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
