We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2023, at the age of 73, Kathryn M Thelen of Lansing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard D. Hummel and Florence A. Hummel (O'Brien); her parents-in-law, Richard and Alberta Thelen (Barker); and her brother-in-law Richard Jarvis.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel G. Thelen; her children, Suzy Higgins (Dan), Elizabeth DaFoe, Barbie Cromell (Eric) and Richie Thelen (Peter Beeson); her siblings, Margie Surato (Richard), Maryellyn Jarvis, David Hummel (Joan) and Michael Hummel (Rose); and her grandchildren, Alex, Nicholas, McKenzie, Clara, Liam, Gabriel, Adriana, Keenan, Blane, Dylan, Kyle and Danny. She is also survived by many cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
