She was predeceased by: her parents, John Patrick and Constance Anne Moynahan (Culver); her brothers, Shawn Francis and Brian Timothy; and her brother-in-law Gordon Sullivan.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Robert Culver and Dustin John-Patrick Moynahan; and her siblings, Michael Moynahan (Mary Helen), Kevin Moynahan (Barbara), Theresa Goduto (Michael), Patricia Glossop (Michael) and Shannon Sullivan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
