She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Smith and Emma Jean Smith; and her brother Jerry Smith. She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Lisa), Sheri Scott, Michele Yanna, Melinda Metellus (Frantz), Matthew Surline (Kim), Melissa Gardner (Brad), Mindy Block (Josh), Matricia Surline and Marcus Boyer; and her siblings, Pamela and David. She is also survived by many nieces, nephew's, and cousins.
