He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Rizer and Maxine Rizer; his siblings, Peg (Bill Rau), Tom (Ruth Callison), Becky Hayes, John Panza and Max (Beth Rizer); his children, Bounsong Ango and Mam Rangel; his grandchildren, Niles and Angelina; his children, Nikki and Cepeda Colthran; his grandchild Cepeda; his children, John Rizer, James and Diane Rizer; his grandchildren, James Jr., Warren, Melissa and Ty Rizer; his wife Sandra Bushard Rizer; his stepchildren, Phil Michalek and Amanda Yago; his stepgrandchildren, Alleigh, Andrew and Jaxson; his stepchildren, Rebecca Schlee and Ty; his stepgrandchildren, Jayce and Raelynn; and his stepchildren, Jayne Michalek and Kevin.
