He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Altvater); his friends, Frank, Jan Glowacki, Jack and Barb Cox; his stepchildren, John Mesh of St. Johns, MI, Joel Mesh of St. Johns, MI and Jennifer Kiel (Chris) of St. Johns, MI; his grandchildren, Joshua Mesh, Elizabeth Rogers (Andrew) and Emily Malkin (Tyler); his stepgrandchildren, Victoria McDuffey (Andre), Jessica Kiel and Hunter Kiel; his brothers, David Mesh (Pat) of Derby Lake, MI and Jack Mesh (Maureen) of St. Johns, FL; his sister-in-law Sharon Altvater; and also Nora. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
