He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Williams; his children, Charles Earl Andrews (Regina), Melissa Andrews (Lonnie Marshall, Jr.), John A. Williams, Jr. (Carolyn) and Bruce Bell (Myrtis); his grandchildren, Charles Andrews, Jr. (T. K.), Reginald Andrews (Nicole), Khadeja Andrews, Amber Warren, Quashawnda Taylor and Stacy Taylor; his siblings, Orlando Bartwell, Leoma Smith of Nashville, Tennessee and Jean Rinkins of Trenton, Tennessee; his sister-in-law Dorothy Burtley; and also Shiloah Missionary Baptist Church. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; siblings.
