He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lipka and Clara Lipka; and his siblings, Harold Lipka and Nancy Modis. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kay Lipka; his children, Lynne Elizabeth Lipka, Lance William Lipka (Brooke), Lori Ann Lipka and Lisa Marie Lipka; and his brother James Lipka (Carol). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
