He is survived by: his parents, Gary Girard and Lois Girard (Johnson); his children, Andrew, Kendra, Ashley, Steven, Abigail and Lucas; his wife Vicki (Kullik); and his siblings, Philip Girard and Deborah Miller. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
