He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay W. Olin and Elsie M. Olin (Sessions); his wife Ferne Holloway; his brothers, Richard (Norma) and James (Phyllis); and his brother-in-law Orlo Olson.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Olin (Lori) of Delta Township, Marc Olin of Eaton Rapids, Randy Olin (Linda) of Grand Ledge and Karen Harvey (Clifford) of Eaton Rapids; his grandchildren, Kathy Coslow (Jason), Ryan Olin (Erin), Lauren Olin, Nathan Olin (Rachael), Adam Olin, Elizabeth Harper (Camron), Emily Olin, John Dalton Olin and Travis Olin; and his sister Mary Lou Olson of California. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
