It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Delderfield of Lansing, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Delderfield and Anna Delderfield; his wife Betty Ann (Army Base); and his daughters, Elaine Grace (Jon) of Fresno, CA, Linda Whitney (Mark) of Holt, MI, Carol Bilow (Gary) of Casa Grande, AZ and Jaclyn McDonald of Mt. Pleasant, MI. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Palmer, Bush and Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Holt Chapel, 5035 Holt Rd. For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary church in memory of John.
