He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Bachelder and Virgilene Bachelder Greene; and his sisters, Joann DeLoach, Mary Bunting, Sharon Anderson, Catherine Mellberg and Susan Doyle.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Ginther; his sons, Patrick (Karen), Steven, Thomas (Julie) and Dean (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jennifer Bachelder, John Bachelder (Meghan), Christopher Bachelder (Kaitlin), Daniel Bachelder, Caitlin Young (Andrew), Shelby Holguin (Mateo), Eva Marie Bachelder, Madison Ballou (Taylor) and Michael Bachelder; his great grandchildren, Zachary Bachelder, Aria Bachelder and John Patrick Bachelder (Jack); and his brothers, Michael Bachelder (Aloise) and Errol Bachelder (Joanne). He is also survived by his boys, their spouses, his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
