She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Pettit and Clara Pettit (Avery); her son John "Mike" Moncada; and her siblings, Ronald Pettit, Wesley Pettit and Rose Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Salazar (Dwayne), Jeff Moncada (Wendy), Julie Glassbrook, Joe Moncada, James Moncada and Juanita Patrick; her grandchildren, Alexa, Ashley, Tony, Heather, Michael, Mariah, Marie, Katie, Shawn, Victoria, Armand, Marcos, Kevin and Kenny; and her sister Nancy Holdorf. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
