He is survived by: his parents, Katie Gentry, and Jason Randall Gentry Sr.; his grandparents, Roger Gentry, Lisa Gentry (Vida Chapman) and Lisa Thomas; his aunts and uncles, Cortní Rice (Sean), Melissa Chapman, Amanda Thomas, Christopher Gentry (Jenny), Christopher Robin Billingslea (Mickey), Marshall Johnson, Justin Johnson (Traci) and Daniel Johnson (Carrie); and his godparents, Deanna Demmick, Brian Paff and Brock Yordy.
