He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brad Hein (Sarah), Jessica Houchlei (Allen Gatlin), Ben Houchlei (Amber Householder), Amanda Lamp (Keegan), Nick Hein (Katie), Trent Beckham and Sydney Whitford (Tanner); his great grandchildren, Jordan, Brenden, Lyndi, Alex, Riley, Max, Blake, Noah, Lorelai, Owen, Lena, Elroi and Ella; his wife Joan Hein (Mann); his children, James Jr. Hein (Dawn), Teri Smith (Norm) and Ken Hein (Bobbikay); his siblings, Paul Hein (Marietta) and Martha Middleton (Hayward); and his sister-in-law Ginny Hein. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
