He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starr and Dorothy Starr (Franc); and his brother Gary Starr. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Ward; his siblings, Michael Starr of Lansing, Diane Montie (Patrick) of Dimondale and Debbie Kosloski (Kenneth) of Dimondale, Michigan; and his sister-in-law Barbara Starr of Florissant, Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gerard Church (4437 W Willow Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
