He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Sue Williams. He is survived by: his father James D. Williams; his brothers, Edward Williams and Randy Williams (Suzanne); and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, two great nieces, four great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in his honor to the Capital Area Humane Society or an animal shelter of your choice.
