He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clark, Ila Mae Hartwig, LeRoy and Shirley Cooper. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Hartwig and Deborah Hartwig (Cooper); and his brother Josh Hartwig (Jennifer). He is also survived by 17 aunts and uncles, 13 cousins, 1 niece and 4 nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Jacob.
