He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mills and Thelma Mills (Inman); and his wife Janet Mills. He is survived by: his son Adam Mills (Tamara); his grandchildren, Seth and Allison (Valerie Wilhoite); his brothers, Tim and Tony Mills (Silvia); his niece Ashley; and his nephew Danny.
