She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Smith of Hendersonville, NC, Michelle Machen of Roanoke, VA., Kevin of Lansing Michigan, Douglas of Lansing Michigan, Michael (Grace) of Lansing Michigan and Mark Major (Michaelle) of Lansing Michigan; and her sisters, Eva Reid of Gastonia, NC, Norma Hanna of Pembroke Pines, FL, Verona Hocking of Southampton, UK, Gloria Nicholas of Birmingham, UK and Ivy Martin of New York, NY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
