He is survived by: his children, Homero Ruiz III, Roselina Falsetta (Joe), James Husted Jr., Anthony Gary and Christopher Ruiz; his friend Michelle Ruiz; his close friends, Eddie, Jo Greismer and Yurisbel Batista; and his siblings, Joyce McCarthy (Stephen), Gabriel Ruiz (Tracy) and Yolanda Thomas (Henry). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
