He is survived by: his children, Ricky McDowell (Christine) of Perry and Cheryl McDowell (Maxwell Deh) of Eaton Rapids; his grandchildren, Jeremy Holder, Casey McDowell, Maxwell Deh Jr., Marvin Deh and Myah Deh; his great grandchild Stacia Holder; his grandchildren, Comfort Deh, Shawn Holder, Ezra Deh, Desirae and Donovan Midtgard; his brothers, Howard McDowell (Joan), Allen McDowell (Kathleen) and Donald McDowell; and his sister-in-law Betty McDowell.
