He was predeceased by: his parents, Jospeh and Margaret; his brothers, Charles, Joseph and Theodore; and his sons, Mark, Charles and Gilbert.
He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Mendoza Rush; his daughters, Lizz Bunn (Matt) and Kathy Surdenik (Ben); and his stepson Michael Bradley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
