With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Joseph Kandler (Lansing, Michigan), born in Croswell, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2025 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gerald Kandler and Barb Pickard; and his son Jeffrey Joseph Kandler. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Kandler; and his daughter Kristina Marie Tempro (Edward Tempro). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (7910 W St Joe Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Project or Chief Okemos Sportsman Club, Youth Activities.
