He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his brother Leroy Bishop. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Bishop, Melissa Richter (Tim) and Kim Krummrey (Mike); his grandchildren, Melina Richter, Amber Brown, Aaron Letts, Ava Krummrey and Emma Krummrey; and his siblings, Jim Bishop and Audrey Bishop. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association in Frank's honor.
