She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Sneider and Rose Sneider (Woyke); her husband Blaine Leisure; her significant other Douglas Ilten; and her siblings, Margaret Shepard, Anne Potter and Otto.
She is survived by: her son David Leisure (Deborah); her granddaughter Heather Hill (John); her great grandchildren, Sean and Connor Hill; and her stepdaughters, Debra Ruelle (Richard) and Christie Ilten (John Warvel).
In lieu of flowers, those desiring to make contributions may do so to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Elsie and those she loved and were affected by the disease.
