He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Floyd and Wayne Thelen (Carol); his siblings, Michael Thelen (Ileen) and Tracy Warner (Patrick); his stepbrothers, Kirby Jones (Pam) and Jeff Chelf (Jen); and his close friend Chloe. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
