He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spencer and Betty Spencer (DeLano); and his daughter Shelly. He is survived by: his wife Robin; and his children, Douglas Spencer, Jr. (Erin) and Jennifer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 sister and 3 brothers.
