Doris M. Anderson Obituary
Doris Marie Anderson, age 85, passed away on August 12, 2022, surrounded by her three children and sister in Saugatuck, MI. She was born in Grand Ledge on January 3, 1937, to Lloyd and Marie Brocker. Her youth was spent on a farm in DeWitt. Doris graduated from Saint Mary's High School, Lansing.
In 1957 she married Dudley Anderson. While living in Lansing, Doris was an active member of Saint Gerard's church and Circle. Always on the go, she loved travel, sewing, knitting, upholstery and gardening. The last 30 winters of her life were spent in Zephyrhills, Florida where she was beloved by the community.
Doris is survived by her three children, Sherry, Tom and Kim; sisters, Norma and Arlene. She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald.
The family is grateful for the care she received from Hospice of Holland.
A service will be held at Saint Gerard church, Lansing, August 19, 1:30pm.
