He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Spencley and Susie Spencley (Scott); his wife Kay; his sons, Ronald Spencley (Joanne), Douglas Spencley and Dale Spencley (Sarah); and his granddaughter Amelia Spencley. He was also cherished by 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews.
Covid-19 protocol is in effect. Masks must be worn while in the funeral home, 25 people only in the funeral home at one time and social distancing will be encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to a charity of one's choice in memory of Donald.
