He is survived by: his close friend Marjorie McKenzie; his children, David Starkweather and Krista Eavey; his grandchildren, Champagne Starkweather, Dalton Speckin (Danielle), Samantha Bennett (Gavin) and Jeffrey Speckin; his great grandchildren, Ernie, Everett, Colton, Lexi and Elliott; and his sister Donna Mills (Richard).
