She was predeceased by: her husband John Charles Smith; and her grandchild Kyle. She is survived by: her children, Joan Pacini, Diane Mancini and John Robert Smith (Fran); her grandchildren, Katie (Peter), Dean, Allana Pacini, Ricardo, Christopher Mancini, Gabrielle, Sabrina (Namir), Jolene Smith and Christopher Thibodeau; her great grandchildren, Serena and Naomi Petruzzi; and her sister-in-law Jessica Durant (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
