He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A. Berryhill; his parents, A. Dewey Berryhill and Fannie Berryhill; his parents-in-law, Myron and Vivian Humphrey; his siblings, Alfred DeWayne Berryhill (Reta), Robert Berryhill, Barbara Swanson (Ed), Betty Johnston and Ada Buckmaster (Jack); and his sister-in-law Donna Patrick (Harold).
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Dennis Humphrey (Mary) and Luanne Berryhill; his daughters, Brenda Taylor and Debra Gundry (Kirt); his grandchildren, John Gundry (Kate), Kimberlee Gundry (Aaron Wente), Kyle Taylor and Samara Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Gundry and Maddison Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
