It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Paul Sass of Lansing, Michigan, born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William E. Sass; and his nephew Patrick G. McDonald. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Sass (Trapp); his siblings, Linda Mehlenbacher (Russell), Karen Brookshire (Don), Diane McDonald (Greg), Ellen Schaefer (Michael), Jeffrey Sass, Thomas Sass, Julie Oberg (Tim), Carolyn Wiechowski (Jeff) and Jennifer Sass; his great-nieces, Kaylee and Tessa; and his great-nephew Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in memory of David.
