David Hicks Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hicks and Josephine Hicks. He is survived by: his daughter Shanna Lester; his sister Judy Maag (John Nati); his niece Jennifer Maag (Kyle Dodson); his great-niece Shelby Lynn Dodson; his nephew Justin Maag (Lyndsey Westerman); his great-nephews, Owen James Maag and Kyns Westerman; his cousins, Mike Hicks (Theresa), Brian Grevel (Linda), Peggy Deede (Roy), Vicky Carrick, John Fish, Tina Brdford, Diana Gubry and Jerry Fish; his partner's children, Ron Woosley (Vicky), Tom Woosley (Kristin) and Lisa Morrison (Kevin); and his close friends, Jerry Sawyers, Robert VanAntwerp (Linda) and Kathy Drew. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
