He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oakley and Ardis Oakley (Joppie); his brother Jimmy Oakley; and his grandmother Joppie. He is survived by: his children, Katelyn Oakley of Macomb, Alexis Oakley of Roseville and Michael Oakley of Fraser; his grandchildren, Payten and Addilyn Wilcox of Macomb; his sisters, Ann Biller (Rob) of Charlotte and Margaret Hawkins (Larry) of Eaton Rapids; and his k-9 companion Zena.
