He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fowler and Arlene Fowler (Lardie); and his sister Dorothy Rienks (Benjamin Rienks). He is survived by: his wife Linda Fowler (Petrouskie); his children, Scott Fowler and Jessica Fowler; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Petrouskie (Ruth), Brian Petrouskie (Tori) and Glenn Petrouskie (Karen). He is also survived by several cousins and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, The Men of Orpheus, or Fenner Nature Center.
