We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Daniel Charles Southwell of Lansing, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Southwell and Audrey Southwell (Bradow). He is survived by: his son Paul (Laura) of Temperance; his wife Helen Hart of Lansing; his grandson Nash Weston Paul; his stepsons, John-Weston Franke (Lilly Conklin) of Lansing and Philip Franke of Lansing; his sisters, Carol Nagley (Mike) and Linda Stone (Mike); and also Pam Garvelink of Tennessee.
Masks are mandatory at the gathering and memorial service, per the wishes of Dan, who suffered from COPD related lung issues due his career as a firefighter.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the National Police Suicide Foundation and the Capital Area Humane Society.
