He was predeceased by: his sisters, Sandra, Evelyn and Patricia; and his sister-in-law Peggy. He is survived by: his wife Moreen; his children, Kaileen Horrocks (Van) and Brent Jacobs (Margie); his grandchildren, Avery Horrocks and Catie Jacobs; and his siblings, Marvin Jacobs and Gay Barr (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
