He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Church; his daughters, Angel Whitman of Charleston, SC and Cindy Stage (Jim) of DeWitt, MI; his grandchildren, Alexander (Cye) Whitman, Tabitha Caffee (Joshua) and Crystal Arthur (Hayden); his stepdaughter Deborah (Bill) Hayhoe; and his stepgrandchildren, David Hayhoe, Amy Kooyers (Dustin), Kim Shim, Eric Hayhoe of Mason, MI and Ryan Fitch (Jamie). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
