With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Christine Louise Person (Lansing, Michigan), born in Applegate, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Christine Louise left this world on June 29, 2024 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John McAfee and Christine McAfee (Graundstadt); her husband John H. Person; her son John C. Person; her siblings, Henry McAfee (Marie), John McAfee (Isolde), David McAfee (Donna), Virginia Richmond (Robert) and Barbara McAfee; and her son-in-law Charles Lauer.

She is survived by : her children, James Person (Cindy), Margaret Lauer, Andrew Person and Elizabeth Goldberg (Edward); her grandchildren, Laura Kwiecien (Rob), Margaret Person (Danny Sexton), Matthew Lauer (Leeann Drees), Jeffrey Person, Zoe Person, Thor Person, Christopher Person and Jacquelynn Person; her great grandchildren, Mason Kwiecien, Gavin Kwiecien, Patrick Sexton and Theo Sexton; and her friend Chris Slack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (517 S Clinton St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837). A reception will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 1:15 PM at 5001 W Saginaw Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917.
