He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Turman, Sr. and Annie Ruby Crymes-Turman; his wife Cleo D. Turman; his children, Cynthina Turman Knox and Julius Turman; and his granddaughter Clenita D. Turman.
He is survived by: his children, Charlie III (Dorothye), Kenneth Turman, Vickie Woods and Venita Turman; his granddaughters, Brandye Alexander (Bryant) and Falynn Morris (Albert); and his great grandchild Mac Glover. He is also survived by six sisters, three brothers-in-laws, one sister-in-law, 12 grandchildren.
