She is survived by: her children, Gregg Bond, Diana Mitchell-Woodrum (Josh) and Bruce Bond (Lisa); her husband Carl Bond; her grandsons, Nathan and Jacob; and her sister Sharon (Joe Laurino).

In lieu of flowers, Carolyn requested contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
