He was predeceased by: his parent Rev. LaVern Bretz; and his brothers, Charles, Donald and James. He is survived by: his daughter Bethany Williams (Brian); his grandson Zachary Fellows (Matthew); his nephew Steve Bretz (Bev); and his close friend Joyce Dryer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gorsline Runicman Funeral Home (205 E Washington St, Dewitt, MI 48820). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to DeWitt VFW.
