He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Komm and Wilhelmina Komm; and his siblings, Reinhold, Edward Komm, Wanda Wrede, Amanda Tews, Alma Pellot and Aldofine Janecke.
He is survived by: his wife Irmgard; his sons, David S. Komm (Sandra Bahr), Richard R. Komm (Mary) and Danny L. Komm (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Caitlin Komm (Ben Yenerall), Jacob Komm and Zachary Komm. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Emanuel First Evangelical Lutheran Church Radio Broadcast Fund.
