He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his sisters, Tracy Mick and Suzi Smith (Howard Davenport Jr.); his nephews, Gerald Mick, Ryan Mick, Isiah Davenport and Michael Smith-Davenport; his brother-in-law Doug Janz (Pamela); and his friends, Rolando, Elvira, Roxi and Faith Hernandez.
