He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Small and Ida Mae Kee-Armour; his siblings, Martha Armour, George, Jr., Paul, Willie, Albert, Charles, Thomas and Donny Ray Armour; his aunt Frances L Hibbett; his uncle Joe G. Kee; and his brother-in-law Norther Templeton.

He is survived by: his siblings, Kathryn Templeton and Sammy Armour. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
