She was predeceased by: her parents, James Polhamus and Mary Polhamus (Salter); her siblings, Robert Polhamus (Martha), Eugene Polhamus, Arlene Frith (Earl), Esther Homan (Charles Clark), Theresa Homan and Thomas Homan; her nephews, Joel Homan, David Polhamus, Jimmy Polhamus and Robert Polhamus Jr.; and her niece Julie Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Mark and Susan Polhamus of Lansing; her grandchildren, Magan Eikenberry (Jason), Heather Denslow-Hue (Alex), Alaina Kreger, Katie Reed (Brad), Jordan Smith (Brittany Gray) and Ian VerStrate; her siblings, John Polhamus (Ruth), James Polhamus, Mary Heath and Jay Homan (Marsha); and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Polhamus and Janet Homan. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Betty's honor to Sparrow Hospice.
