He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Frederickson (Masie); his siblings, Jeffrey Frederickson (Dawn), Dawn Green and Frederic Frederickson (Catherine); his nephews, Matthew Green, Alex Green, Joshua Green, James B. Green, Frederic Frederickson and Hunter Frederickson; and his niece Molly Luks (Kyle). He is also survived by his family and friends.
