She is survived by: her cousin Candi; her daughter Heidi Chamberlain; her stepchildren, Brian Chamberlain and Heather Chamberlain; her granddaughter Hailey Canfield; her siblings, Edie Partlo (Bill), Scott Foster (Carolyn) and Lori Pulido (Ron Allen); her nieces and nephews, Jason, Jennifer (Tony), Andy, Mindy, Tony (Fo) of Chad, T. J. and Katie (D. J.); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mesa, Angelita, Lily, Sydney, Analiesa, Xay, Skylar, Jayce, Reese, Brycen, Jackson and Harleigh.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family to help pay for final expenses.
